Hours: The box office opens 1 hour prior to show time for ticket purchase and pick-up. The house opens 1/2 hour prior to show time for seating. We feature RESERVED SEATING.
Tickets may be purchased in advance by ordering online — and are also available at the theatre’s box office prior to the show. To guarantee availability, we strongly recommend advanced purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final. Except in the case of a canceled performance, there will be NO REFUNDS.
Exchanges are free of charge within 24 hours of curtain by following the exchange link found in your original ticket confirmation email. It is at the very bottom of your email.
No exchanges can be made from one production to another.
If a ticket is returned to the box office at least 15 minutes before curtain, the cost of that ticket may be listed as a tax-deductible donation in your name.
For online sales, phone orders, or window sales with a credit card, a nominal handling fee is charged per each order by our ticketing agent.
No fee is charged for cash window sales.
Pearl Theater Content Advisory: The Pearl Theater does not rate subject matter as sensitivities vary from person to person. If you have questions about content, age appropriateness, or other aspects of the show (ie strobe lights and other theatrical affects), please contact the business office at (713) 340-2540 and leave a message. Someone will call you back within 24hrs.
Children’s Theatre Age Intention: Pearl Theater children’s theatre productions are intended for ages 5 and up.
Groups and Discounts
Groups of 10 receive a group discount of $2 off per adult ticket when purchased at one time. There are no discounts for youth production tickets.

The senior discount is available for all patrons aged 60 or over. The youth discount is available to all students aged 17 and under. Students must show ID in order to receive the student discount. The student discount is given for each ID presented.
How can I buy tickets?
Tickets are available 24 hours a day online. Our ticketing system is real time, and allows you to choose your seats. Performance evenings and weekends, the ticket office opens 1 hours prior to show time.
What are your ticket prices?
The Pearl Theater tickets are $20 for musicals and $18 for non-musicals. Youth production shows are $12 for adults and 8 for youth, 17 and under.
Are there ticketing fees?
Yes, the ticketing company charges a nominal fee when tickets are purchased online. There is no fee for tickets purchased at the box office.
Does the Pearl offer discounted tickets?
Season tickets are the best price, and are a savings of 20% over regular ticket prices. We also offer discounts for seniors and students.
Does the Pearl offer group rates?

What are the ages for senior tickets?
60 years and older.
My child is 3-years-old and not a student. Does my child need a ticket? What price is that ticket?
All persons, regardless of age, must have a ticket. The price for children is the same as the student ticket price.
Does my infant need a ticket? Do I need to buy a ticket for a child who will sit on my lap?
Are there age restrictions on shows?
Our experience is that live theatre is generally not enjoyable for children under 5, either for the child or the audience.
Why do I have to pay ticketing fees?
Ticketing fees are charged by our ticketing company.
Do you give refunds? Can I exchange my tickets?
While all sales are final, you can exchange your tickets up to 24 hours prior to your performance by accessing the exchange link found at the bottom of your original ticket purchase email. We do not offer refunds except in the case of a canceled performance.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If a show is cancelled due to inclement weather, every effort is made to contact guests. Guests are contacted via email whenever possible, then by phone. Please make sure we have your current email and phone information in the event we need to contact you. Whenever possible, information is posted on the theatre’s website, social media outlets, and the theatre’s phone system. Cancellations due to bad weather are typically not decided until 3:00 PM on performance day, 11:00 AM for weekend matinee performances.
Does the Pearl Theater donate tickets for fundraisers?
We love to donate ticket packages to your auction or fundraiser.
