Box Office Policy


In Person: The Pearl Theater box office is open 1 hour before curtain on show days. For all other events the box office will be open at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the event, unless otherwise noted.

Online: All tickets purchased online will be held at Will Call. However, for fastest service, please bring your print out with you.

All sales are final. Except in the case of a canceled performance, there will be NO REFUNDS. Exchanges are free of charge for Season Members and are subject to an exchange fee for non-Season Members of $1.00. Exchanges may be made for the same production with at least 24-hours advance notice to the box office. No exchanges can be made from one production to another.

Checks should be made out to: Pearland Theatre Guild.

If a ticket is returned to the box office at least 15 minutes before curtain, the cost of that ticket may be listed as a tax-deductible donation in your name.


You may make reservations by phone at (713) 340-2540 at least 24 hours in advance. Please state your full name, the time and date of show you wish to see, and how many tickets (regular, senior, student etc) you require as well as a callback number.

All reservations must be fulfilled by 15 minutes to curtain or you may forfeit your seats.


The senior discount is available for all patrons aged 60 or over. The child discount is available to all students aged 17 and under. Students must show ID in order to receive the student discount. The student discount is given for each ID presented.

A group discount of $2 off per adult ticket are available for groups of 10 or more adults. Please contact the Box Office for more information on group discounts.


For online sales, phone orders, or window sales with a credit card, a nominal handling fee is charged per each order by our ticketing agent. 

No fee is charged for Season Members or for cash window sales.

Any ticketing exchanges are subject to a $1.00 per ticket fee unless you are a Season Member.
